Burnout is an epidemic in our society today. Half of U.S. workers feel emotionally drained by their jobs and “used up” at the end of their workday. Not only does this wreck our work environments, it also impacts our families and friends, our connection to community, and our spiritual growth.
Do you feel overwhelmed, tired, and nearly done? What can we do about burnout, in our lives and in the lives of the people we care about?
This 3-week teaching series will focus on the story of the Prophet Elijah from the Book of 1 Kings. In the middle of Elijah’s physical, emotional, and spiritual burnout, God tenderly guides him to the restoration and renewal he so desperately needed.
Come and receive Jesus’s gift of rest.
