Our contemplative yoga classes are rooted in the way of Jesus. In a frantic, hurried culture, Jesus offers us rest and to embrace “the unforced rhythms of grace.” (Matthew 11:28-30, MSG)
Through our yoga classes, participants will be invited to participate in ancient Christian spiritual practices including contemplation, breath prayers, Scripture reading, and embodied ways of being present to God and oneself through yoga movements.
Join us for a unique yoga experience that blends movement, breath work, and Scripture meditation. Our Christ-centered classes create a peaceful space to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and deepen your connection with God. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are—leave refreshed, renewed, and recentered in God’s presence.
Classes are hosted by Nova Church and led by a team of certified yoga instructors.
Classes are donation based (suggested donation of $5 per class).
Please bring your own mat or towel.

Join Linda for a gentle Vinyasa flow class that combines mindful movement with breath work. This calming practice is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a sense of balance and ease.

Kaylee will be leading a yin class. Yin is a slow moving, deep stretch focused form of yoga. This is a cozy class, so please bring a blanket, a pillow or two and anything else you might need to feel comfortable during class.

Haley will lead a restorative yoga class focused on deep breathing and supported postures held for extended periods. You'll be invited to move slowly, embrace silence, and take a break from the busyness of daily life. Please bring a pillow or anything else you might need to feel comfortable during class.
